How often do you release new products?
We are frequently adding new products to our range. We typically release new products every 8 to 12 weeks. From time to time we’ll add limited release designs as well.
What if the item I want is not available in the size I require on the website?
If the size you require is not available for selection at time of ordering, this generally means that we are temporarily out of stock. To check status on when new stock will be available, please feel free to contact us.
What’s the best way to make sure my Cycology tee’s last?
For the longest-lasting tees, we recommend you machine wash them in cold water, inside out, and hang them to dry. If you are a renegade, disorganised (or lazy and bad at planning ahead, like us), you can throw them in the dryer, but they will shrink a bit. It is what cotton does, even pre-shrunk cotton!
Do you have a size guide?

How do the Cycology Mens tees fit?
Cycology Men’s tees are semi fitted, medium-weight cotton. As there is no such thing as a “standard” size for tee shirts, best to consult our Size Guide to make sure you get the size you need. All Cycology tees are 100% cotton. They do shrink up to 5% after warm washing and drying so please bear that in mind. To view the Size Guide click here.
How do the Cycology Womens tees fit?
Cycology Women’s tees are contoured fit, stretchy, and super comfy soft cotton. The fit of our tees is commonly referred to as a babydoll. The body of this tee tapers in at the waist and back and out slightly at the hips. Some of our tees are available in a cotton/lycra fabrication. Please note this is a much more fitted tee and it may be wise to select a larger size if you prefer a slightly looser fit. To view the Size Guide click here.
Will I have to pay any taxes and duties for my order ?
International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Occasionally this may be listed as an additional postage fee. While we apologise for any inconvenience, we have no control over such fees. (More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.)
Is GST calculated for Australian orders?
Our prices on the website include the Australian GST when initially selecting the item. If your order is being sent to an international destination, you will not be charged Australian GST. If, however, the destination of the order is within Australia, the GST amount applicable to the order will be shown on the Payment Page and will be included in your order total at this point. This also applies for orders placed from outside of Australia but where the destination of the order is Australia.
What about currency fluctuation?

When we process payments or refund customers, we process in AUD at the price it was originally sold at in AUD. In the time that passes between the original purchase and the refund the currency may have fluctuated up or down. We are unable to adjust this amount and any amount that customers may have lost or gained due to the currency rate fluctuation. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I buy Cycology Gear from a store?
Not at this stage, while we have significant demand from around the world we are an online store. This allows us to keep great quality control over all our garments. We keep the entire Cycology range our website. We provide a secure purchasing environment with a flexible exchange and return policy. We ship every business day to customers all over the world. Should we move into the retail space we will publish a list of stockists on our website so that you can see if there is one in your area.
