WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM YOU'VE PURCHASED?

No problem at all. As long as the item or items are in original condition (unworn & unwashed), simply send them back to us by post within 90 days of your order date to:

Please remember to include a return form which can be downloaded here indicating your full name and order number with your items and as soon as we receive the items back we will get the exchange organised and sent out to you straight away. 


WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE FOR A RETURN?

For your first exchange of products on an order, we will ship your replacement free of charge .The only cost to yourself is that of the return postage of the original item(s) to us. 


WHAT ABOUT CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS FOR REFUNDS?

When we process payments or refund customers, we process in AUD at the price it was originally sold at in AUD. In the time that passes between the original purchase and the refund the currency may have fluctuated up or down. We are unable to adjust this amount and any amount that customers may have lost or gained due to the currency rate fluctuation. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


I HAVE ALREADY WORN MY CYCOLOGY TEE, CAN I STILL EXCHANGE IT?

Sorry but no. Due to health regulation reasons we can only accept garments back that are in original condition and that have not been worn or washed. If a worn item is sent back to us, we will typically contact you to better understand the reason for the return. Please note, where an item is returned to us without first notifying us that the item has been worn, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you.

 

I HAVE RETURNED MY CYCOLOGY TEE FOR AN EXCHANGE BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED OR HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM CYCOLOGY CLOTHING.

Depending on where you are sending your returns items back from, the typical shipping time for items to arrive back to Cycology Clothing is between 5 to 20 days. As soon as your exchange has been processed by us, we will send you an email letting you know that it has been sent. Feel free to contact us if you wish to confirm the status of your return.


WHAT IF I AM SENT A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

All Cycology tees and products undergo stringent quality checks from the beginning of their manufacturing process. We personally check every piece before it goes out…In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We willtypically request you return the faulty item to us for replacement or refund if it is no longer available. We will refund your reasonable postage costs on any defective item.
