Returns Policy

ANT TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU'VE PURCHASED?
 

No problem, we will accept returns up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

Please ensure returns are sent with original packaging and labels, unwashed and unworn (other than being tried on for size) condition and we will process a refund for your returned item(s). Note, we do not exchange items but if you'd like to order and alternate size or item, please do so directly from our website as a new order.

Please remember to include a return form which can be downloaded here indicating your original order details so we can process your refund correctly. If you also have your original order paperwork, include that with your returns form.

We ask that any item returned to us has all labels intact and that the garment is folded neatly and in original condition, so that it can be resold. Please note, where an item is returned to us in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks that have been removed from their packaging, cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.


WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE FOR A RETURN?

The cost of returning an item for a refund is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable method as both you and Cycology can track the return if there are any problems. Liability for the return is with you until it has arrived in our warehouse.
 

HOW DO WE PROCESS REFUNDS?

We aim to process returns within 2 working days of their arrival back to our head office address. Our warehouse staff will then check your return and original order details and if the returns are in an acceptable condition, we will process a refund back to your original payment method within 3 working days.
 

WHAT ABOUT CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS FOR REFUNDS?

When we process payments or refund customers, we process in AUD at the price it was originally sold at in AUD. In the time that passes between the original purchase and the refund the currency may have fluctuated up or down. We are unable to adjust this amount and any amount that customers may have lost or gained due to the currency rate fluctuation. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

Sorry no. We will occasionally discontinue products and put them on sale to clear the remaining stock. These clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.



I HAVE ALREADY WORN MY CYCOLOGY GARMENT, CAN I STILL EXCHANGE IT?

Sorry but no. Due to health regulation reasons we can only accept garments back that are in original condition and that have not been worn (other than tried on for size and fit) or washed. Please steer clear of strong perfumes or deodorants and make up when trying on garments as they may leave a scent of mark which would render the return unsellable and unable to be refunded. We ask that any item returned to us has all labels intact and that the garment is folded neatly and in original condition, so that it can be resold. Please note, where an item is returned to us in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you.

 

I HAVE RETURNED MY CYCOLOGY GARMENT FOR AN EXCHANGE BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED OR HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM CYCOLOGY CLOTHING.

Depending on where you are sending your returns items back from, the typical shipping time for items to arrive back to Cycology Clothing is between 5 to 20 days. We aim to process returns within 2 working days of their arrival back to our head office address. Our warehouse staff will then check your return and original order details and if the returns are in an acceptable condition, we will process a refund back to your original payment method within 3 working days.


WHAT IF I AM SENT A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

All Cycology products undergo stringent quality checks from the beginning of their manufacturing process. Faults can occur however from time to time that slip through the quality checking processes. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will typically request you return the faulty item to us for replacement or refund if it is no longer available. We will refund your reasonable postage costs on any defective item.
