We ship orders for FREE worldwide using Australia Post. An optional paid Express Courier service is available for overseas orders. This service is fully trackable and requires signature upon delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Australian orders: Within 3-7 working days from order.
International orders (regular mail): It usually takes from 5 to 20 working days to ship to most countries, but sometimes the Customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure. On rare occasions these delays can range from 4 to 6 weeks. Belgium, Germany, Brazil, Italy and the Netherlands can experience delays of up to 8 weeks.
International orders (express courier): This service can be used (upon request) for any order of 4 or more regular priced tees at no additional charge. This postage option is also available for any international order for an additional $20 charge per order. Delivery is 3-5 days from dispatch and the service is fully trackable.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We use the Australia Post service for orders within Australia. Individual tee shirts are sent as large letters. Orders of 2 or more tee shirts are sent using the Parcel Post satchel service. This service allows online tracking of orders.
A standard airmail service is used to destinations outside of Australia. This service does NOT offer a tracking service. Please allow the given delivery time, taking into consideration the possibility of customs clearance delays occurring within your country.
International orders sent via the TNT Express Courier service are fully trackable.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTY ON MY ORDER?
Whether or not a shipment is assessed is determined by Customs and something we are unable to predict.
Although this doesn’t always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. Customs agencies occasionally list these charges as an ‘Additional Postage Fee’. Rest assured that all orders are sent with postage fully paid.
We guarantee that your order will be well packed and will leave our premises in excellent condition. The onus is on Australia Post or other overseas postal services for any loss or damaged caused during shipping. Cycology Clothing will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.
