We ship orders for FREE worldwide. An optional paid Express Courier service is available. This service is fully trackable and requires signature upon delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Australian Orders: Within 3-9 working days from order dispatch.
Australian Express Orders: Within 1-3 working days from order dispatch. (additional charge of $5 per order)
Other International Orders (regular mail): It usually takes from 5 to 20 working days to ship to most countries, but sometimes the Customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure. On rare occasions these delays can range from 4 to 8 weeks. Please note, we frequently have experienced longer the usual delivery times for orders to Canada. The Express Courier option may be a good alternative if delivery time is important to you.
International Orders (express courier): This option is available for any international order for an additional $20 charge per order. Delivery is 3-7 days from dispatch and the service is fully trackable..
Please note that the regular FREE SHIPPING mail service is not a tracked service and the delivery guidelines will apply to the majority but not all orders. As with all postal services, extended delays can occur from time to time. During the lead up to Xmas, mail delivery times are going to be at the upper end of our estimate and can take longer. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. We cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive within these delivery windows. If you require delivery within a particular delivery period and the ability to track your order then we'd recommend using one of our subsidised Express Post (Australia) or (Express Courier) International options which provide more reliable delivery times and the ability to track your order.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We use the Australia Post service for orders within Australia. Individual items are usually sent as letters and no tracking is available. Orders of 2 or more items will typically be sent using the Parcel Post satchel service. This service allows limited online tracking of orders if required.
A standard airmail service is used to destinations outside of Australia. This service does NOT offer a tracking service. Please allow the given delivery time, taking into consideration the possibility of customs clearance delays occurring within your country.
Domestic orders sent via Express Post have limited tracking available.
International orders sent via the DHL or TNT Express Courier service are fully trackable.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTY ON MY ORDER?
Whether or not a shipment is assessed is determined by Customs and something we are unable to predict. Goods shipped within Australia are sent GST paid by Cycology Clothing (ABN: 65164310534).Although this doesn’t always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. Customs agencies occasionally list these charges as an ‘Additional Postage Fee’. Rest assured that all orders are sent with postage fully paid.
