THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK ?

We try to have a stock level that will keep up with demand but some popular items may sell out fast.To be notified by email when the item is back in stock, please click on the product size you are wanting. Click on the NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE and enter your email. You will be notified once the item is back in stock. Please contact our customer support to see if your item is being restocked.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?

Every single product page has a size guide. Please use these as they help insure you get the right fit. If you are still not sure or think you might fall between two sizes please feel free to contact us.

WHERE CAN I BUY CYCOLOGY PRODUCTS IN STORE?

Cycology ships to most locations via our online webstores. We also have a growing number of retailers internationally that stock our brand. We will publish our retailer list soon but please feel free to contact us if you'd like to find out if anyone stocks Cycology near to where you live. 

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed. You will receive a 2nd email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. If you have not received an email, please contact us.

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, we cannot amend your order. If you wish to cancel the order, we can try up until the point the order has not been picked and packed.

I MADE AN ERROR IN MY ADDRESS, CAN YOU CORRECT IT?

We have a small window before your order is shipped out where we can attempt to correct the delivery address for your order. Let us know your order number and the correct address and we will try our best.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?

We have E Gift Cards with several values available. Once purchased, the Gift Card will be sent to the recipients email on the order. The unique code contained in the email can be redeemed at checkout. You can find our Gift Cards under "ACCESSORIES".

WILL I INCUR FEES AND TAXES?

All our orders placed on this website are shipped from Australia. For deliveries outside of Australia, local duties and taxes may be payable and these will be the responsibility of the customer. You should confirm if such charges will apply before you place your order.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Sydney Australia.

How long will my delivery take?

Please refer to our Shipping section for estimated express and standard delivery times.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link. All orders have authority to leave.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

If the product is new and unused you can return it to us for a refund within 90 days of receipt. Please visit our Returns section for more information on how to return a product.

Do you pay for my return shipping?

Cycology does not offer free returns. Please ship your return with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.

Can I exchange an item?

We are unable to accommodate exchanges. If you need a different item, colour, or size, please place a new order and follow the directions for returning unwanted items for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned item please allow 7 business days to process your refund. All refunds are credited back to your original payment method and you will receive an email notification of your refund.

WHERE ARE OUR PRODUCTS MADE?

We manufacture our garments in China as the quality the factories offer there is first rate, and they are very reliable producers. When we choose our manufacturing partners, we are always looking to find companies with the most expertise in their area and the quality and scale of manufacturing to satisfy our high standards. Countries such as China, are widely regarded in the industry as some of the best manufacturers in the world — in terms of quality, accuracy, scale, and efficiency. We have long standing relationships with the small number factories we work with and we trust their employment practices and standards of production.

PRODUCT CARE

Please ensure you follow the care instructions on each garment label.

T Shirts - Please wash in cold water and do not tumble dry.

Cycling Jerseys - Close zippers and turn jersey inside out. Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water using mild detergents. If machine washing please use a wash bag on the delicate cycle. Dry garments flat or hanging. Do not tumble dry.

Fluro socks/Fluro baselayers/Grippers/Fluro anything - Please hand wash in cold water and mild detergent to preserve the colour. Dry preferably in the shade away from harsh sun. Fluro garments washed with dark colours can absorb dark dye in the water and this can turn floro colours greyge.
