THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

 We do our best to keep items in stock, but some popular products may sell out quickly.

If the item you're looking for is currently unavailable:

  2. Select the size you want.

  3. Click on “Notify Me When Available.”

  4. Enter your email address.

You’ll receive an email as soon as the item is restocked.

WHAT IS THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ME ?

Every product page includes a “What’s My Size” tool.

Just enter your measurements to get a personalized sizing recommendation.

If you're still unsure or fall between two sizes, feel free to contact us, we're happy to help you find the best fit.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking information.

If you haven’t received any emails, please contact us so we can assist you.

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed and you’ve received your confirmation, we’re unable to make any changes.

 If you wish to cancel your order, we may be able to do so before it has been picked and packed.

Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

I MADE AN ERROR IN MY ADDRESS, CAN YOU CORRECT IT?

We have a small window before your order is shipped where we may be able to correct the delivery address. 

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

We will do our best to update it before the order is dispatched.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we offer e-gift cards in a range of values.

Once purchased, the gift card will be sent to the recipient's email provided in the order. The email includes a unique code that can be redeemed at checkout.

WILL I INCUR DUTIES AND TAXES?

All orders placed on this website are shipped from Australia.

For deliveries outside of Australia, local duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office to confirm any potential fees before placing your order.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney Australia.

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping option (Standard or Express).For estimated timeframes, refer to our Shipping  information page.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave — no signature required .

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

If the product is new and unused, you can return it for a refund within 90 days of receipt.

Please ensure any items you return are unworn, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.

Do you pay for my return shipping?

Cycology does not offer free returns.

Please use a carrier that provides tracking when shipping your return, as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.

Can I exchange an item?

We are unable to accommodate exchanges.

If you require a different item, colour, or size, please place a new order and follow the return instructions to receive a refund for the unwanted items.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund.

All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, and you will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO  ?

Cycology is committed to producing high quality products. However, on rare occasions, faults may occur.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue, please provide: Your order number and clear images showing the defect or damage.

Our team will review the information and get back to you as soon as possible.
