HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer FREE shipping within Australia for orders over AU $75.00.

For orders up to AU $75.00 we charge a AU $7.50 flat rate.

Express Shipping AU $12.50.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We offer FREE shipping for orders over AU $75.00.

For orders up to AU $75.00 we charge a AU $12.50 flat rate.

New Zealand Express Shipping AU $30.00.

International Express Shipping AU $40.00.

NOTE: For deliveries to UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Thailand, The Philippines and Bahrain, we only offer a courier shipping option at the cost of $60. The standard Free Shipping option is not available for these countries due to issues with regular mail services to these locations.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped next business day after receipt

Express orders received before midday (AEST) will be shipped same business day

All orders are shipped from Sydney Monday to Friday

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?

Australia - 3 to 9 working days depending on the State

Australia Express - 1 to 3 working days

New Zealand - 7 to 10 working days

New Zealand Express - 1 to 3 working days

International - 5 to 20 working days

International Express - 3 to 7 working days

As with all postal services, delays can occur. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and we cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive within these delivery windows. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link on your shipping confirmation email. 

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

We have "authority to leave" on all orders and this means the courier or postie will leave your order at the front door or mailbox. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend shipping your order to an alternate address, such as your work place.

WHAT IF I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS?

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Order confirmation emails are sent and if you notice an error please contact our customer service immediately. We will refund any incorrectly addressed orders that are returned to us by the carrier.

CAN I REMOVE/ADD/CHANGE ITEMS IN AN EXISTING ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add/change or remove items.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, we are unable to cancel it.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTY ON MY ORDER?

Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. Customs agencies occasionally list these charges as an ‘Additional Postage Fee’. Rest assured that all orders are sent with postage fully paid.
