WHAT IS THE CYCOLOGY RETURNS POLICY?

We accept returns up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

Items cannot be returned if they have been worn (other than being tried on for size) , washed, altered or damaged.

Returned items must have the original tags correctly attached so they can be scanned back into our stock.

Please ensure any return is neatly folded into its original packaging and in its original condition so it can be re-sold.

Where an item is returned to us in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you.

When you opt-in for Redo Returns (Australian delivery addresses only) at checkout at a cost of $3.95, your return shipping label is FREE, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange.

If you decide not to buy a Redo Free Return you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the $12.50 cost of the return shipping label. Alternately you can arrange the return by following the return instructions detailed below for international order where Redo Returns is not available. 

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

 

How to return your item(s):

 

For all Australian delivery addresses, please use our Returns Portal to submit your return.

Where an item is returned to us in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you. Customers returning items with no tags or original packaging will be subject to a repacking fee deducted from your refund.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

Please also follow these instructions if you would like to make a return within Australia without using our Returns Portal. Exchanges are only available via our Returns Portal.

Please Note: Due to health and hygiene regulations, underwear that has been worn or is not in its original packaging cannot be returned. If you purchase more than one pair, we recommend trying one first before opening the rest. Socks that have been removed from their packaging, cannot be returned for a refund.

 

ORDERING ANOTHER SIZE OR STYLE?

Just re-order the product you are wanting on the Cycology website so that you can secure what you want and get the replacement as soon as possible. Please note we cannot exchange items – we will refund the original item purchase.

WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE FOR A RETURN?

The cost of returning an item for a refund is your responsibility.

If you are based in Australia and have purchased the optional Redo Free Return, you will be eligible for a free shipping label and you have the option of an exchange or refund for your return.

For deliveries outside of Australia the Redo Returns option is not available so the return post is the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Cycology will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

Please allow 7 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our distribution warehouse for your return to be processed and your account to be credited. All refunds are credited back to your original payment method and you receive an email confirmation of your refund.

For refunds back to your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN PART OF A MULTI-BUY OR BUNDLE DEAL?

If you return an item(s) from a multi-buy or bundle promotion the promotional discount will no longer apply. Any item you keep will revert to its standard retail price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Example:

• Multi buy Classic Jersey price paid: 2 for $240.00

• Standard price of the item kept: $139.95

• Refund issued: $100.05

This ensures refunds accurately reflect the value of items retained once the promotion conditions are no longer met. To receive a full refund of the original order value for change of mind, you will need to return all items purchased under the multi-buy or bundle offer.

CAN I RETURN A ITEM PURCHASED FROM THE OUTLET?

Sorry no. We will occasionally discontinue products and put them on sale to clear the remaining stock. These clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.

WHAT IF I AM SENT A FAULTY ITEM?

In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please notify us ("Contact Us") within 7 days of receiving the item.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A GIFT AND IT'S THE WRONG SIZE?

 

Please obtain the the order number beginning with CYAU and the email of the person who purchased your gift. If your delivery address is within Australia, you can start the returns process on our Returns Portal

If you want to return a gift from outside of Australia, please contact our support email via the contact us link below and we will advise you of the options available to you.

Please ensure the items you are returning are unworn, in correct original packaging and have the tags attached.
