RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Bundles can only be fully refunded if all items making up the bundle are returned.

If only selected items from a bundle purchase are returned, we will refund the discounted value of those item (s) returned. If you’d then like to reorder any of the individual items returned you can do so as a new order at our regular price unless you purchase a complete new bundle.

Ordering

Incorrect or Insufficient Details on Address
Cycology takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated. In the event that a parcel is returned to sender (RTS), once we receive it back, we will notify you by email and refund your order and return the items to stock.

Payment
Payment can be made via our secure checkout pages using your credit card or PayPal account.

When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit card or PayPal account used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

All prices are in AUD and are tax is inclusive for deliveries. Shipments to New Zealand or Asia Countries may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by your country.

Delivery
The delivery times provided by Cycology are estimates only as provided by our shippers. Cycology will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All products purchased from the Cycology website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Cycology. Title to products purchased on the website, as well as risk of loss for such products, passes to you when the items are delivered by the carrier.

Acceptance of Goods by Buyer
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or error and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a problem.

Duties and Tax
There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and they are not included in your order total.
